In the pilot, a police officer wrestles with near-impossible existential questions regarding law and order, crime and punishment, good and evil. In the finale, Mayor Royce has a truth serum for Andy. In between, Blue Bloods, Zippy the Chimp, The Thing with Two Heads, Oregon Park, and Training Day are also discussed.
