In the pilot, the old guy dies and the other old guy takes the minutes about who is taking minutes. In the finale, the city council needs to do something that would be tight.
In between, orzo tears, Ruth-less, Brian De Palma, ancient Rolling Stones, Training Day, and Blue Peter are also discussed.
